Achievements :

  • Recognized PG teacher by University of Mumbai for MMS & MMM programs.
  • Conducted 9+ workshops on “How To Do Business In India” since 2017 at Mumbai; Delhi; Chennai; Hyderabad; Taipei; Hsinchu; Taichung; Kaohsiung along with NTHU and Government of Taiwan
  • Managed and organised Corporate Swiss Tour since 2017 for over 35+ IESMCRC students
  • Managed and organised faculty exchange between Yuntech University and IESMCRC since 2018
  • Managed and organised Corporate India Tours from 2010 to 2015 for over 20+ EMBA students from FHNW University Switzerland.
  • Set up MOUs with FHNW University, Switzerland; Yuntech University, Taiwan; NTHU Taiwan; Asia University, Taiwan; University of Limerick, Ireland; CYUT, Taiwan for period of 5 years
  • Set up study centre for prospective research scholars at Macquarie University, Australia doing work for CII-India@75.
  • Developed a knowledge paper on Multi Screen Behavior for FUSION 2014 by Indian Merchants’ Chamber.
  • Developed over 30 projects related to Consumer Behavior & CRM done by students at IEMCRC for industry.
  • Set up alliance for faculty, students and research exchange with FHNW, Switzerland.
  • Managing collaboration with CII, IMC, and IAS for deployment of faculty and students for development and management of conferences / events.

  • Developed the first ever UNIX based software for ‘On-line Customer Complaint Management’.
  • Managed a 400 + workforce of managers, engineers, and technicians.
  • Played a pivotal role in ensuring better relationship with worker union and drastically reduced ‘worker absenteeism’.
  • Improved response time to complaints by involving the distributors and dealers in the service process.
  • Developed effective office systems to ensure efficient management of customer complaints, inventories and collections.
  • Appointed as a Core Faculty by NITIE, Mumbai for conducting a course for over 200 All India Service Executives on ‘Customer Service Management’.
  • Senior Product Executive at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. From 1978 - 1989.

Achievements :

  • Marketing & sales for custom-made equipment, steel tubes and industrial storage systems.
  • Developed long-term business relationship with prestigious clients like VSSC, BARC, DRDL, ISRO, Toyo, Indian Oil, EIL, UPSC, BHEL, Atlas Cycle, Hero Cycles and Hind Cycles, to name a few.
  • Executed large turn-key contracts for UPSC, BHEL, NDDB and SAIL.
  • Developed and supplied ‘special products’ for BHEL and SAIL Vizag steel plant.
  • Conducted market survey and research for introducing industrial valves in India.

  • Received GOLD medal in Economics area from XLRI in 1983.
  • Received Datamatics Outstanding Achievement Award in 1993.
  • Received "The Asia Pacific Reseller Excellence Award” from Banyan Systems Inc. USA in 1995, 1996 and 1997 successively.
  • Received "Faculty Excellence Awards” from IES Management College and Research Center in 2006.
