Mechanism for Filing ComplaintsIn accordance with AICTE Regulations, students, employees, and other stakeholders may lodge complaints related to grievances / ragging / harassment through the online form:

Anti-ragging
Internal Complaints Committee
Complaints may be submitted by filling in the prescribed form with necessary details.
Receipt and Acknowledgment of ComplaintsAll complaints received through the portal shall be directed to the Convener of the Grievance Redressal Committee / Anti-Ragging Committee, with intimation to the Director and Registrar.
The complaint shall be formally acknowledged and recorded.
Preliminary ScrutinyThe Convener shall conduct a preliminary review to assess the nature and urgency of the complaint, particularly in cases involving alleged ragging incidents.
Constitutional Authority for RedressalThe Anti-Ragging Committee / Grievance Redressal Committee / Internal Complaint Committee, constituted as per AICTE norms, shall examine and address all complaints.
Inquiry and Hearing Process
In urgent or serious cases, an immediate/special meeting of the Committee shall be convened.In other cases, complaints shall be placed before the Committee in its scheduled monthly meetings.If required, a formal inquiry shall be conducted, and the concerned parties shall be called for a hearing to present their statements and evidence.
Decision and Disciplinary ActionBased on the findings of the inquiry, the Committee shall recommend appropriate action in line with AICTE’s Regulations, which may include disciplinary measures against the offender(s), if established.
Documentation and Record MaintenanceThe Convener shall maintain proper records of:
- Complaints receivedProceedings of meetings and inquiries
- Actions taken and final decisions
- All proceedings shall be duly minuted and documented
Communication to ComplainantThe final outcome of the grievance shall be formally communicated to the complainant in a timely manner, ensuring confidentiality as per norms.
Compliance and MonitoringThe institution shall ensure strict compliance with AICTE Anti-Ragging Regulations and maintain records for audit, inspection, and monitoring purposes.
