IES Management College strongly believes in creating a strong research culture in the Institute. Faculty members are given many incentives to motivate them to publish research papers in national and international journals. The Institute also provides full sponsorship to faculty members to attend national and international conferences to present papers in these conferences. The combined output of research and academics enables faculty members to earn cash incentives at the end of every academic year.
