Life is set in a world wherein everything needs just a tap- groceries, entertainment, news, and even human interaction. This technology really gave mankind an edge, but, in the process, it somewhat has taken away our time, attention, and peace of mind. From needing to respond in the blink of an eye to FOMO to mindless scrolling through social media, there is this paranoia of constant activity in digital realms. The question, therefore, arises- would it not help the most if we just went offline?
