Dr. Chandrakant Varma is a faculty member specializing in Human Resource Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and is MH-SET qualified. With over 15 years of academic experience, complemented by 3.5 years in the industry, he brings a balanced perspective to teaching and research. He has previously served at N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research. Dr. Varma teaches a range of HR subjects, including Human Resource Management, Performance Management Systems, Training and Development, Strategic HRM, and HR Audit. He has published multiple research papers and actively participates in national and international conferences. He is also a lifetime member of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD).
