Dr. M.W. Shaikh has been working as Associate Dean with IES’s College of Management since 2006. He is a Double Post Graduate from University of Mumbai i.e. LLM in Commercial Laws and Master of Labour Studies and has completed P.G.D.H.R.M from AIMA & Ph.D. in Management from Jodhpur National University. He has 25 years of Corporate experience in the field of HR, he worked for Companies like Jam Fabrics, Mazgaon Dock Ltd., New India Co-operative Bank, Patel Roadways and Allana Group of Companies as HR-Head. He is an author of 4 Books and has written many Research Papers before joining IES’s College of Management, he was Visiting Faculty in many Management Institutes of Mumbai.
