Theme - Challenges and Changing Business Practices in Recent Time
The 13th International Research Conference on theme “Challenges and Changing Business Practices in Recent Times” at IES’s Management College and Research Centre concluded on Feb 28, 2023. Around 150 participants actively participated in the hybrid conference which witnessed 70 research paper-presentations including 2 International participants.
The Keynote Speaker for the Conference was Dr. Arindam Saha - MD & Cofounder, Vista Intelligence Pvt Ltd, an Articifical Intelligence company. Dr. Arindam spoke about the changing business practices in India and the opportunities ahead. He also spoke about how India is growing to be the next superpower across economies and his thoughts of doing something for the country.

The conference provided a great platform for knowledge sharing and networking.
