IES MCRC had the privilege of hosting an insightful alumni guest lecture by our esteemed alumna, Ms. Shailaja Dwivedi Pathak, Co-founder of Pariezo, on the topic “Inside a Pharma Company: The Employee Experience from Day One to Leadership.”

The session offered a comprehensive perspective on the inner workings of the pharmaceutical industry. Ms. Pathak elaborated on the professional journey within a pharma organization—from the initial stages as an intern to reaching leadership positions such as a CEO. She highlighted the essential skills expected from fresh graduates, the wide range of career opportunities available in the sector, and the strategic processes involved in successfully launching a pharmaceutical product. The lecture effectively bridged the gap between academic knowledge and real-world industry expectations, making it highly valuable for students aspiring to build a career in the pharmaceutical domain.
