To revitalize the faculty members' perspective on the teaching-learning process and enhance student engagement and participation in classroom sessions; a strategic initiative was being undertaken by HR FUNCTIONAL GROUP at IESMCRC. A highly successful Faculty Development Program (FDPs) was organised on   Monday, 29 April, 2024.

Renowned facilitator Prof. Ramani Venkat, Founder of Bizz Diagnostics, conducted a transformative FDP delving into the intricate topic "Art of Motivating and Engaging Students." This comprehensive program navigates through the subtleties of the subconscious mind, the strategic use of open and close-ended questioning techniques, effective chinking-up and down approaches, the adept utilization of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic modalities and NLP.

The session’s highlights include engaging role-plays, immersive live simulations, and insightful handouts designed to test psychological acumen, all contributing to a stimulating learning environment. Attendees enthusiastically embraced the participative nature of the session, where ample time was dedicated to addressing individual queries, accompanied by illuminating audio-visual presentations that provided nuanced interpretations.
