IES MCRC organized an Assessment Centre Workshop under the HR Club, HR Matrix. The PGDM & PGDM(PM) students across institutes in India, are subject to various psychological tests, management games, and oral presentations and such other various exercises. On this Day of the Assessment Centre workshop, students in groups increased their self-awareness towards development, through the Personality profile analysis via 7 related psychometric tests. Dr. Mrs. Merlyn Michael D`souza presented 92 participants on behalf of IESMCRC HR club HR Matrix, e-certificates and Assessment Centre analysis booklets (soft copies).
