The Finance Functional Group of IES’s Management College and Research Centre organized a two-day Faculty Development Programme titled “Unlocking Bloomberg: Insights for Faculty” on 15th and 16th April 2026 at the institution’s Bloomberg Lab. Conducted from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, the programme provided faculty members with valuable hands-on exposure to the powerful analytical tools available on the Bloomberg Terminal.The sessions were led by Bloomberg professionals Ms. Navya Aggarwal, a Fixed Income Specialist, and Ms. Aleya Sinha from the Equities & University teams, both distinguished alumni of Indian Institute of Management Rohtak.

On the first day, participants were introduced to Bloomberg Terminal fundamentals, including techniques for accessing and analyzing data related to companies, startups, macroeconomic indicators, and financial markets. The second day focused on advanced applications such as research reports, financial statement analysis, and equity evaluation.The programme was designed to strengthen faculty expertise in leveraging Bloomberg for classroom instruction, academic research, and industry-oriented learning. Coordinated by Prof. Mayuresh Adsul, the initiative reflects the institution’s continued commitment to empowering faculty with cutting-edge financial knowledge and practical market insights.
