The first-year students of PGDM & PGDM (Pharmaceutical Management) at IES MCRC participated in an enriching Global Immersion Program in Dubai in September 2025.

From cultural experiences like the Dubai Frame, Desert Safari, Marina, Dhow Cruise, Burj Khalifa & Dubai Aquarium to industry insights, the program was a perfect blend of learning and exploration.

Key highlights included:

- A factory visit to Dabur Naturelle (Ras Al-Khaimah) – experiencing the toothpaste & Vatika shampoo assembly lines.

- An industrial tour of Ace Cranes, exploring the manufacturing process of E-Houses & Generator Enclosures.

- An engaging session at Synergy University on AI for Startups & Business Planning.

- Visits to Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Campus (DTEC) and Khaleej Times.

The journey was also made special with our Alumni Meet – Dubai Chapter on Sept 12, 2025, where 19 alumni shared inspiring career stories.

Truly a program that combined global exposure, academic insights & cultural experiences for our future leaders.
