On the occasion of Independence Day 15th Aug 2023, Govt of India has publicized to display the national flag in each & every home. IES’s MCRC HR specialisation students & parents are to be encouraged to take part in that program at their individual homes, displaying the national flag. Encouraged HR alumni, faculty & students to take selfies & upload on the designated site to get a certificate of participation.  Dr. Mrs. Merlyn Michael D’souza facilitated the arrangement under HR club activities with selfies taken displaying the patriotic spirit.
