Felicitation of the HR Club Inter-collegiate events was on 24th February, 2024 between 12.30PM to 1PM in Seminar Hall. 6th floor with 100+ attendees.Associate Dean, IESMCRC, Dr. M W Shaikh felicitated the Guests of Honour, Mr. Anil Noronha, Managing Partner, Stella Martin, Executive Search Consulting and People Advisory, Mr. Manish Dave, Associate Director-Rewards, Ernst and Young, & Dr MW Shaikh sir. who presented the awardees of the 7 inter-collegiate event winners with trophies/ certificates. They presented certificates to 50+ intra & inter-collegiate winners. Prof. Sushma madam congratulated the 7 HR club student organisers of HR competitions & presented them with certificates of
recognition. The entire HR Functional Group Faculty panel and Industry expert panelist together selected the winning participants of all the events. Over 500 e-certificates were also given to participants of Inter-collegiate HR Assessment Centre. Workshop (tests/presentations/exercises/ workbook)/ HR Experiential Learning Workshop / HR Recruitment Ad creative competition/ HR On-Boarding Role play competition/ HR Learning & Development Poster design competition/ HR Compensation Case design competition & Excel HR dashboard Tracker competition; all hybrid competitions & events. Dr. Mrs. Merlyn Michael D'souza recently published an MBA textbook co-authored with her husband, Mr. Michael D'souza, HR-Manager, Bank of America; available in online & print versions on Amazon Kindle with ISBN titled "Human Capital Management Made Easy: Basics of Human Capital Management". The book was launched at the HR Club Felicitation event and a copy is kept in the college library for reference purposes.
