IRCDC 2026 – Successfully Concluded

Proud to share that the International Research Conference and Doctoral Colloquium (IRCDC 2026) organised by #IESMCRC concluded successfully on March 13th, 2026.

We were honoured to have Mr#Shailesh Haribhakti, Chairman – Shailesh Haribhakti & Associates, as the Chief Guest, and Mrs#Savita Chhabra, Board Member – Hygienic Research Institute (HRIPL), as the Guest of Honour.

The conference also featured a thought provoking Panel Discussion on “Transitioning from Industry 4.0 to Society 5.0: Human-Centricity in an AI-Driven World.” The discussion brought together:

  • Mr #Kapil Jain (Graphitto Labs Pvt Ltd),
  • Mr #Shishir Kumar Mishra (FSIB, Ministry of Finance, Government of India)
  • Mr #Pankaj Kapoor (Ryze; Ex-President & CMO, Reliance Capital),
  • Ms #Radhika Joshi (L’Oréal; Ex-NielsenIQ).

Prior to the conference, two pre-conference workshops enriched participants’ research capabilities:  

  • “Systematic Literature Review: Fundamentals and Publication Pathways” by Dr. #Jaspreet Kaur (Delhi School of Business; Doctoral Scholar, IIM Lucknow)
  • “Integrating Artificial Intelligence into Research Practices: Empowering Researchers with Next-Generation AI Applications” by Dr. #Sowmiya Rani (Sowmis_AWW, Cactus Communications)

Organized around the theme “Synergize 5.0 – Harmonising Technology, Sustainability and the Human Element,” the conference received 134 research paper submissions from across the globe , with 92 papers presented across 14 parallel tracks.

The conference also recognized Best Paper Awards across three categories – #Research Conference Papers, #Doctoral Colloquium, and Student Paper Presentations. The winning papers represented reputed institutions including IIM Kozhikode , Symbiosis Pune , IIM Kozhikode, Banasthali Vidyapith, Welingkar Institute of Management and SVKM’s NMIMS.

Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sapna Modi for her constant support and guidance, advisory board members, faculty colleagues, speakers, panelists, researchers, and the dedicated faculty and student organising team whose collective efforts contributed to the success of IRCDC 2026. The conference was convened by Dr. Richa Chaudhary, whose leadership and tireless efforts were central to the successful planning and execution of the conference.
