Report on a Panel Discussion on the topic ‘She Leads: Stories of Strengths, Struggles and Success’, organized on 7th March 2025 on the occasion of International Women’s Day

IESMCRC in association with ‘Young Indian – Mumbai Chapter’, celebrated women’s day on Friday 7th March 2025 by organizing a panel discussion of five women entrepreneurs who are driving socio-cultural change, putting in huge amount of efforts in breaking barriers, empowering communities with innovation and inclusivity. Our panellists were -

Dr. Raina Khatri Tandon – Woman & Child Rights Trainings & Compliances Specialists, POSH, POSCO, Human Rights, DE&I, 3xTedX, Cyber Safety, Legal Rights at Workplace Speaker.

Ms. Komal Lath – Founder & Chief Officer of Tute Consult.

Dr. Megha Sharma – The visionary Behind Travel, Branding and Impact Leadership.

Ms. Nikita Sachdev – Owner, The Flour Box.

Panel Moderator was

Dr. Atisha Keswani, Co-Chair Yi Mumbai, CMO – Span Impex, Co-Founder – Skill N Scale, Image Coach and Public Speaker.

The event was attended by IESMCRC faculty members and 50 girl students of PGDM and PGPM. The Yi Mumbai chair Mr. Vaibhav Sachdev and other two team members were present.

They shared stories of their struggles and their achievements and they became role models for young girls. They showed the audience, how ambition and resilience can break barriers. They tried to give confidence to all young girls to pursue their dreams, embrace leadership and create impact in their communities.
