She teaches Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Behavioral Dynamics and HRM. She has keen interest in the field of Psychometric Testing. She is having consulting interests in the areas of Individual and inter-personal dynamics, Team-building and Organizational Culture. Her research interest is in the areas of Human-being Development, Organizational Change & Development, Employer Branding, Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship. She has years of work experience in the field of psychological assessment and counseling in variety of settings. She has successfully organized and conducted several workshops on self-awareness, stress management, anger management, changing habits and other behavioural training programs.
