Formatting Guidelines for Full Paper / Extended Abstract
- All submissions must include a short abstract of 200 words, followed by three to five keywords.
- Submit as a single document in PDF format (.pdf).
- Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced, with 1-inch (2.5 cm) margins on all sides, on an 8.5" × 11" page size.
- Include figures, tables, graphs, appendices, and references using standard citation formats.
- Submissions not adhering to these guidelines will not be reviewed.
Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must contain original research that has not been:
- Previously presented
- Scheduled for presentation
- Published or accepted for publication
- Or under review elsewhere with a publication date before the conference. - Full Paper:
- Maximum 7000 words, including tables, figures, notes, and references.
- Selected papers will be invited for presentation and considered for the Best Paper Award. - Extended Abstract:
- Maximum 2500 words, including tables, figures, and references.
- For empirical papers, the abstract must include:
* Study hypotheses (if applicable),
* A brief literature review,
* Methodology,
* Key results,
* Implications for theory and practice.
- For conceptual/review papers, the abstract must include:
* Relevant literature overview,
* Preliminary ideas for theoretical contribution. - A maximum of three submissions per participant is allowed.
- Only one author or co-author may present a paper (Hybrid Mode) at the conference.
- Full paper submission is mandatory for eligibility for the Best Paper Award.
- Certificates for co-authors (not registered) will be provided upon payment of INR 500 per co-author.

Doctoral Colloquium Guidelines
This event provides doctoral students an exceptional chance to discuss their research(thesis/ dissertation), receive valuable input from renowned academicians, and engage in discussions with peers and specialists.
- The extended abstract to be submitted, summarising doctoral research project (i.e., a thesis/dissertation).
- Three key concerns or questions you would like reviewers to consider when they critique your thesis work.
- The maximum length for a submission is 10 pages (excluding cover sheet, references, and appendices).
- The extended abstract must include a single-spaced summary (no more than 100 words).
- Format – A4, Margin 1 inch on all sides, Times New Roman 12 points, Single Line Spacing.
- Please submit your structured abstract to : researchconference@ies.edu . The subject of your e-mail must be “Doctoral Colloquium submission”.
- The submitted works will undergo a selection process, during which they will be evaluated for their scholarly merit, alignment with the Colloquium’s thematic focus, and potential contribution to the academic literature.

The highlight of the workshop was a dynamic Q&A session, enriched by the active participation of Dr. Maithili Dhuri and Dr. Mrunal Joshi. Their expert insights on academic writing and publication strategies sparked lively discussions, offering participants valuable guidance to enhance their research outputs.

The IRC 2025 team is delighted to share the success of an insightful webinar on "Sources to Synthesis: Literature Review using R and VOSviewer," handled by Prof. Priyanka Oza.
The webinar focused on key strategies for sourcing, evaluating, and synthesizing research literature, offering valuable insights for both novice and seasoned researchers. Participants expressed high satisfaction with the session, lauding its relevance and clarity. Many attendees noted feeling more confident in conducting literature reviews and suggested future sessions on advanced topics, including Faculty Development Programs (FDPs).
The positive feedback underscores the importance of such workshops in enhancing academic and research skills. The IRC 2025 team extends heartfelt gratitude to Prof. Priyanka Oza for her exemplary efforts in delivering this successful session. The webinar Q&A and facilitation was done by IRC Conveners and Co-Conveners - Dr. Mrunal Joshi, Dr. Ritu Sinha, Dr. Maithili Dhuri. We are happy to share that Pre-Conference Workshop–2 concluded successfully as part of the IESMCRC's, 16th International Research Conference & Doctoral Colloquium (IRCDC 2026), reinforcing IRCDC’s commitment to advancing rigorous, relevant, and future-ready research. The workshop on “Integrating Artificial Intelligence into Research Practices: Empowering Researchers with Next-Gen AI Applications” was held on 23rd December 2025 (6:00–8:00 PM IST).
Aligned with the IRCDC 2026 theme “Synergize 5.0: Harmonizing Technology, Sustainability, and the Human Element,” the session effectively bridged emerging AI capabilities with real-world research applications, equipping scholars with practical tools to enhance research design, analysis, and productivity.
